"Uganda Political Action Committee (UGPAC), seeks to promote good governance without intimidation, tourture, and extra judicial killings." Uganda's governance over the past 25 years has been abysmal. President Yoweri Museveni has repeatedly lied to Uganda's citizens. More lies will not erase 25 years of dysfunction. We cannot continue to base our livelihood on a visionless future and empty promises. Our NATION UGANDA is at stake ! Why should ONE man hold 30 million people hostage. Elections are NEITHER free nor fair and Museveni knows it ! There is only one outcome, he WINS by any means necessary. UGPAC disagrees and will do everything necessary to change the status quo.

That's why we are saying NO to NRM in 2011 !"

We pray for all the Ugandans that lost their lives in the Kampala bombings on July 11, 2010.

We await the investigations that the UGANDAN GOVERNMENT has not revealed on the Kasubi tombs fire in 2010.
